2017 Workshop: Recap

The 20th Annual Dr. Samuel Francis School Law Symposium and Special Education Workshop was held at the University Club on June 21, 20167   The program featured concurrent presentation sessions featuring hot topics in school law and special education. The program can be viewed here.

Tri-State honored the memory of the late Dr. Samuel Francis during a special lunch presentation.  Dr. Francis was a professor emeritus, legal scholar, principal and school director, whose teaching and writing advanced the knowledge and practice of school law in Pennsylvania.
